Having a high quality well trained marketing staff is one of the primary goals of OFG Financial Services. Well trained representatives are more productive and have to spend less time doing research to serve the needs of their clients.

Through meetings held every six to eight weeks in Kansas and Oklahoma, we bring product knowledge from our major mutual fund and variable annuity companies. Each meeting will also include law changes and regulation changes that affect our industry or our clients. Additionally, these meetings will share marketing ideas and review new and better ways to approach our markets. Our education and training meetings in Texas are usually held quarterly.

Home office staff is also available for individual meeting to assist our representatives with individual sales situations that might arise.
